Kuldip qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and is a director at a regulatory firm specialising in regulatory and disciplinary issues and defence. Kuldip previously sat as the Vice Chairman for a regional lawyers society, a role which was both challenging and engaging. He lives in Birmingham with his wife and two young children. Kuldip has a passion for Sikh history, arts and culture, the Outdoors and Mountain Biking.


Salma qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and now practices in-house at a major local authority in Leicestershire specialising in commercial property law. Salma previously sat as a CPD co-ordinator for a regional lawyers society, and as such, was heavily involved in organising social and academic events aimed at lawyers and other professionals. Salma lives in Leicester with her husband and young son and in her spare time she enjoys kick-boxing and zumba classes.
